and\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-cbac013 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"cbac013\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\" data-settings=\"{&quot;background_background&quot;:&quot;classic&quot;}\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3b93d24 elementor-invisible elementor-widget elementor-widget-html\" data-id=\"3b93d24\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-settings=\"{&quot;_animation&quot;:&quot;fadeIn&quot;}\" data-widget_type=\"html.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\u2705 Any other uses approved in writing by Energy Images.\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5297aa0 elementor-widget__width-inherit elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"5297aa0\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Licensee has the right to have the Licensed Material Reproduced by subcontractors of Licensee, provided that Licensee ensures that such subcontractors agree to abide by the provisions of this Agreement.<\/p>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-444a6a5 elementor-widget__width-inherit elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"444a6a5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Licensee may alter, crop, manipulate and create derivative works of the Licensed Material.<\/p>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-25cc84a e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"25cc84a\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-bce7a3b elementor-widget__width-inherit elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"bce7a3b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\"><i class=\"i-vp1guw\"><\/i>Licensee\u2019s rights to the Licensed Material are worldwide and perpetual.<\/p>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a554f9d e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"a554f9d\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d4476dd elementor-widget__width-inherit elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"d4476dd\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Energy Images\u2019 Rights Managed Image License Agreement<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ae31210 elementor-widget__width-inherit elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"ae31210\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Unless stated otherwise in the Invoice, Energy Images grants to Licensee a nonexclusive, non-sublicensable and non-assignable right to Reproduce the Licensed Image identified in the Invoice, solely to the extent explicitly stated in this Agreement. This right may be exercised by subcontractors of Licensee, provided that such subcontractors agree to abide by the terms of this Agreement.<\/p>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d346061 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"d346061\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-38c8424 elementor-widget__width-inherit elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"38c8424\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\"><i class=\"i-4ig31r\"><\/i>Use of the Licensed Image is strictly limited to the use, medium, period of time, print run, placement, size of image, territory and any other restrictions specified in the Invoice. Licensee may utilize the Licensed Image in any production process that may be necessary for the intended use specified in the Invoice.<\/p>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8f6f8ec elementor-widget__width-inherit elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"8f6f8ec\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">If any Licensed Image featuring a model is used in (i) a manner that would lead a reasonable person to believe that the model personally uses or endorses a product or service; or (ii) in connection with a subject that would be unflattering or controversial to a reasonable person, Licensee must accompany each such use with a statement that indicates that the person so pictured is a model and is used for illustrative purposes only.<\/p>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e2b4dea elementor-widget__width-inherit elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"e2b4dea\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">While efforts have been made to correctly caption the subject matter of the Licensed Image, Energy Images does not warrant that such information is accurate.<\/p>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8b7fff9 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"8b7fff9\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c01e3e2 elementor-widget__width-inherit elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"c01e3e2\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\"><strong class=\"strong-9d6g1n\"><i class=\"i-g0cdjh\"><\/i>Prohibited Use:<\/strong>Pornographic, defamatory or otherwise unlawful use of Licensed Image is strictly prohibited whether directly or in context or juxtaposition with specific subject matter.<\/p>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-975a5d3 elementor-widget__width-inherit elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"975a5d3\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Licensed Image shall not be incorporated into a logo, trademark or service mark.<\/p>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-999bcc7 elementor-widget__width-inherit elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"999bcc7\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Licensed Image shall not be used contrary to any restriction on use that is notified to Licensee prior to or at the time the Licensed Image is delivered to Licensee. Such restrictions may be included in the information provided with the Licensed Image on Energy Images website or in any other communication by Energy Images.
